Water Damage
-

Most projects take 3–5 days, depending on materials and humidity. We verify with moisture readings—not just “how it feels.”
-

Not always. We try to dry in place at first. If materials can’t reach target moisture levels, we’ll discuss selective removal.

First make sure everyone is safe! Then turn off water to prevent additional damage. Then call Restore Me to help remediate the damages. The next day call your Agent or Insurance Company. Our Property Damage Claim Guide can help you prepare for that call.

No - Porous materials (like drywall, wood, carpet): Bleach doesn’t penetrate deep enough to kill mold roots (hyphae). It may remove the surface stain but allow regrowth.
Air Ducts & Indoor Air

It depends on pets, renovations, and filtration. Many homes benefit every 3–5 years; sooner after construction or smoke events.

Yes — our BIOSWEEP® Technology releases a powerful vaporized treatment that circulates through your HVAC and duct systems, reaching even the most difficult-to-access areas. This advanced process breaks down and neutralizes airborne and surface contaminants, including germs, bacteria, viruses, and odors, at the molecular level. The result is a fully sanitized duct system and cleaner, healthier indoor air you can breathe with confidence.

Our BIOSWEEP® technology treats the entire HVAC system, not just the vents. The process releases a vaporized oxidative treatment that circulates through all ducts, coils, and air pathways — breaking down and eliminating mold, bacteria, viruses, and odors at the molecular level. Unlike standard cleaning methods that only remove surface debris, BIOSWEEP® provides a complete air and duct decontamination, leaving your system truly clean and the air fresh throughout your home or building.
