Our duct cleaning service is a non-invasive, chemical-free process designed to thoroughly decontaminate your HVAC ductwork and improve indoor air quality. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Vent Cleaning

We start by cleaning the exterior of all vents throughout your home. For the main air intake vent, we clean both the outside and the accessible interior, since this is the primary point where air enters your HVAC system.

Step 2: Whole-System Decontamination

Next, we place one of our advanced BIOSWEEP® machines near the air intake and run it for one hour while your AC is on.
This allows the vapor to circulate throughout your entire duct system. Our BIOSWEEP technology releases a powerful, dry vapor composed of:

• Hydrogen Peroxide

• Ozone

• Hydroxyl Radicals

These components work together to decontaminate and neutralize bacteria, mold spores, allergens, and odors inside the ducts—without the need for invasive access.
